Please do not discuss donations and explicit emails.  

To do so, rest assured, you will not receive a reply and will automatically end up being deleted with the email address blocked. Keep your email simple and respectful. I am very good about returning respectful emails. You should generally get a response in 48 hours or less. Another delay in a reply may be I am traveling, on vacation or on an extended appointment.

 

Just because I do not reply to you right away, it doesn't mean bad news. If you have no response after three days, you may try once more as sometimes emails do get deleted by mistake or overlooked in my junk mail box.

Please provide me two recent references from well known providers along with when you would like to set up an appointment to see me.
